In the Service Manager job, you will be: Maintain and update Young Person–centred plans, risk assessments and documentation, ensuring social, emotional and educational needs are met Lead and support staff, including supervisions, appraisals, return-to-work meetings, and rota planning, ensuring safe staffing and compliance Manage systems, monitor productivity, and coordinate meetings with staff, Young People, and external professionals Handle calls, emails, enquiries and invoices efficiently Take accountability for service quality, safeguarding, and reporting concerns promptly To be considered for the Service Manager position you must have : Minimum 3 years’ CYP management experience, including at least 1 year in a care coordinator/manager role Committed and passionate about developing staff and delivering excellent outcomes Level 5 in Supporting Young People (or willingness to complete) Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm) on a temporary basis of 1 month initially, whilst recruitment for a permanent position is underway. You’ll be based in Mold, starting at an hourly rate of £20.51 (equivalent to approx. £40,000 per year).
