This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in transformation and consulting to join a high-performing team, working on large-scale, complex programmes across the UK Public Sector. The role The successful HR Transformation Manager will work closely with senior leadership, including Directors and Partners, playing a key role in shaping and delivering strategic HR transformation programmes. You will be commercially focused, working with senior stakeholders across client organisations, ensuring the solutions delivered provide real, measurable value. This role will be instrumental in driving large-scale HR change initiatives, helping organisations transition to future-focused workforce models. Leading multiple projects, the HR Transformation Manager will oversee the design and delivery of end-to-end HR solutions, including HR operating models, shared services, HR technology, and talent strategies. You will also play a key role in business development activities, supporting bids and proposals, building client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the business area. The successful candidate To be considered for this opportunity, you should have: Proven experience delivering HR transformation programmes within a consulting or client-facing environment * Strong expertise across HR disciplines such as HR operations, organisation design, HR technology, shared services, or talent strategies * A track record of managing large, complex projects, including governance, risk, and financial management * Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting business development and client growth * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels * Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills * Experience working with Public Sector clients (e.g. Government, Defence, Justice, or Transport) is highly desirable * Experience leading and developing high-performing teams * Degree educated (CIPD qualification advantageous) What's on offer?
