Job Description:
At Caring Kindergartens, children are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently looking for a strong Nursery Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role involves inspiring and leading our staff to deliver high-quality care and education, ensuring each child receives the best start in life.

* Lead, motivate, and support nursery staff;
* Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment;
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff training;
* Oversee staff performance and professional development;
* Ensure effective communication and a team-oriented culture;
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children;
* Oversee curriculum planning and delivery tailored to individual needs;
* Monitor and support children's development;
* Promote wellbeing, safety, and emotional development;
* Ensure safeguarding policies are followed;
* Manage the nursery’s budget and resources;
* Oversee daily operations and regulatory compliance;
* Ensure the nursery is well-equipped and resourced.

Requirements:
* Level 3 childcare qualification recognized by the DfE;
* Good understanding of the EYFS;
* Excellent spoken and written English;
* Understanding of safeguarding practices;
* Previous experience in early years childcare;
* Cleared DBS check;
* Ability to extend children’s learning through quality activities;
* Strong communication skills;
* Commitment to reflective practice and self-development.
