Eden Scott is supporting a leading Civil Engineering company as they seek temporary part-time administrative support in their Banchory Office with immediate availability. The role comes with the potential to go permanent depending on workload.
Theyare looking for an experienced Administrator to provide temporary support to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, handling tasks such as placing orders for several locations, payroll management, coordinating vehicle repairs and insurance, managing invoices, and other administrative duties.
Duration and Schedule:
1. Temporary role with a duration of 2 months, with potential for a permanent position
2. Part-time position: 3 days per week
3. Preference for Tuesday and Thursday in-office, with the third day flexible
4. Flexible start date, with the possibility of scheduling an interview on Friday of the current week
Application Requirments:
5. Confident in working autonmously while seeking support when needed.
6. Previous experience in an administrative function.
7. IT confident.
