Coordinator, Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC)

Location: London

Duration: Contract until 31st October 2025 (with a possibility of extension)


Are you a highly organised and customer-focused individual with a knack for event logistics and exceptional communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join the Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC) team!

The role of a Coordinator within the Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC) is pivotal in creating memorable and impactful experiences for Salesforce's high-profile customers. Think of the SIC as a physical showcase, much like an Apple Store, where key clients come to explore products and demos. As a Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the planning, preparation, and seamless execution of these customer visits, ensuring they align with global best practices.

You will work collaboratively with Strategists to understand the objectives of each visit and tailor the experience accordingly. This dynamic role blends logistical prowess with a customer-first approach, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills.


Responsibilities Include:

* Creating and shaping exceptional customer experiences by understanding their business objectives and Account Executive goals for each SIC Engagement.
* Partnering closely with Strategists on your team through planning calls, asynchronous collaboration, and individual preparation to ensure the success of each customer engagement.
* Clearly articulating objectives in meetings, speaker invitations, and stakeholder communications.
* Managing all logistical aspects of customer visits, including room and speaker calendar scheduling, catering coordination, and ensuring the readiness of the SIC space.
* Acting as a key point of contact on visit days, greeting customers, offering refreshments, and facilitating introductions (similar to a front desk role).
* Managing an ecosystem of on-site logistics by raising necessary tickets with internal teams (IT, Workplace Services, etc.).
* Orchestrating the overall customer experience throughout their visit.
* Preparing for visits by partnering with Strategists to review experience templates and conduct customer research, adopting a consultative approach to recommendations.
* Utilising Salesforce and other tools (including Slack and MS Suite) for planning and execution.
* Preparing, collecting, and understanding SIC Engagement surveys to gather real-time feedback and drive program improvement.
* Supporting and potentially leading programs and projects across the SIC teams to contribute to the ongoing growth of the SIC program.
* Leveraging Salesforce tools and dashboards to capture, measure, and share key metrics and KPIs.


To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

* Proven experience in events and logistics management (highly desirable).
* Strong communication and executive communication skills, both internal and external (essential).
* Excellent organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong customer-facing skills and a proactive approach.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team.


This role is based in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, particularly when customer visits are scheduled.
