Career Services Support • Helping trainee members find the info and support they need. • Posting job opportunities and keeping the careers page fresh. • Building relationships with training providers and flying schools (super cool industry exposure!). • Helping run events—from careers fairs to training days. • Organising webinars and virtual support sessions. Relationship Builder Extraordinaire • Working closely with internal teams, committees and reps. • Networking with external partners—schools, employers, training providers. • Supporting collaboration and creating good vibes across the membership community.
