We are seeking a results driven, passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive outstanding support and continuity throughout their relationship with our client. Building strong, long-term relationships with customers, by regularly checking in and identify opportunities. Oversee order processing, returns, credits and delivery co-ordination Use CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, account management or customer success role(s) Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive and solutions-focussed approach to problem solving Strong organisational skills / attention to detail Experience using CRM systems, order management systems and Microsoft Office.
