district. Moxy is designed to capture the rapidly emerging next-generation
traveller combining stylish design, approachable service, latest technology and
an affordable price.
Job Profile:
We’re looking for adaptable problem solver who takes initiative to
ensure guests have a great experience & can manage a team in a fast-paced
service role, all while bringing the Moxy brand to life creating a fun &
relaxed environment that makes guests (& their dogs!) feel at home.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day operation of the hotel & bar
* Customer service, guest relations & creating positive guest
experiences
* Building a team that delivers guests great service & embrace
the Moxy style
* Managing & driving a successful bar that is central to the
hotel operation
* Manage hotel room inventory, payments, orders & accounts
* Promote & support the Moxy brand
* Follow all food safety, licensing and health & safety policies
to work safely
Useful Experience
* Must have management experience within the service industry
* Must have experience of team management
* Knowledge of a property management system such as Opera
* Knowledge of Point of sales systems such as Micros
* Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
* Personal experience of travel & travel industry
