* Responsibilities:
o Requirement specification production / management
o Interface Management
o System Architecture definition
o System Functional and Interface modelling
o Working with mechanical electrical and process systems
o Operating requirements management database software (DOORS preferential)
o Operating Model Based Systems engineering Software (Capella preferential)
* Background:
o Engineer or Senior Engineer level resource (3 years experience minimum 5 more likely to be a good fit)
o Experience in complex regulated industry essential (i.e. Nuclear Aerospace etc.)
o Experience in Nuclear industry desirable.
o Foundation background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is acceptable
Qualifications
* Systems Engineering:
o Degree in engineering or STEM subject is mandatory or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
o Systems thinking and systems engineering processes is mandatory.
o Systems engineering training/qualifications desirable.
o Willing to accept a candidate with SE experience and a desire to move into this field if they can demonstrate competence.
o Experience operating Rationale DOORS software as a practitioner is desirable.
o Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering is desirable.
o Awareness of relevant BS or INCOSE standards desirable
