What You’ll Do
Work directly with children, young people, and families to create positive change; be part of a forward‑thinking local authority that puts people first; collaborate with multi‑agency professionals in a truly supportive culture.
You’ll Need To Be
* Registered (or registering) with Social Work England; a qualified social worker (or due to qualify within 3 months).
* Legally entitled to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car with business insurance to ensure you can independently travel around North Lincolnshire.
* Skilled in working with children, young people, and families.
* Knowledgeable about statutory responsibilities in children’s social care.
* A confident communicator and collaborator.
