If so, we invite you to become a Service Operations Coordinator at Finning, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer! This is your chance to be at the heart of a dynamic team, supporting engineers, managing work orders, and making a real impact on customer satisfaction. This is a fixed-term contract position lasting until the end of 2025.
What You'll Do
As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will be the engine behind our service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the full lifecycle of work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
* Supporting engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning, and process adherence.
* Assisting with timesheet entry and ensuring data is accurately recorded in our systems.
* Resolving customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
