We’re looking for a Cover Hire Sales Advisor to join a leading equipment hire company, working across several of our partner builder’s merchant branches in the Solihull area. This role is all about helping tradespeople and contractors access the right tools and equipment to complete their work efficiently and safely.
What the role involves:
* Covering multiple local branches, supporting walk-in customers with their equipment hire needs
* Recommending suitable tools and machinery from a trusted product range
* Offering practical, knowledgeable advice to support a wide range of projects
* Building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
* Helping meet branch targets through a professional, consultative approach
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in sales, customer service, phone-based roles, tool hire, or retail environments
* Friendly, confident individuals who enjoy engaging with customers
* Motivated professionals looking to grow their career in a respected hire business
* Full UK driving licence (essential, as this is a mobile role)
