Duties

* Supervise team members when required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
* Manage food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
* Assist with serving customers or guests as needed, providing friendly and professional service
* Contribute to the overall organisation of the kitchen and cleaning schedules to optimise workflow
* Support food production activities to ensure timely delivery of quality dishes
Skills
* Proven experience in cleaning services or hospitality environments
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within restaurants or catering services
* Supervising experience or leadership skills to manage team members effectively
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
* Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers or guests
