The opportunity

We are looking for an electrical professional who wants to be trained up to become an "Engineering Surveyor" in the TICs world (Testing, Inspection & Certification). You will be involved in ensuring electrical systems are safe and fit for use. This is a real opportunity to join a world-leading organisation that invests heavily in development.

* Salary: £41k - £42k basic & overtime; £4,250 car allowance / car

Qualifications & experience
* Fully qualified electrical professionals (apprenticeship, Level 3, etc.)
* 2391 and/or 2394/2395 is essential; 18th Edition would be beneficial
* HNC or above is advantageous
The role
Once trained, you will be testing and inspecting electrical pieces of kit in service to ensure they are working properly. Work spans a range of sectors where electrical systems are used, including manufacturing, quarries, power plants, marine, agriculture and airports. Roles become more complex as you progress and sites become more demanding, with salary increases tied to development.
