We’re looking for a *part-time coach* to join our coaching team in a busy, community-driven functional fitness gym.This role is ideal for a coach who loves working with people, coaching movement properly, and being part of a supportive gym culture — not just running classes and clocking out.*Hours** *8+ hours per week*, with potential for more over time* Early mornings and/or evenings required* Must be available to work at least 1 weekend (Saturday Morning) in every 4 weeks.*What You’ll Be Doing** Coaching group classes (functional fitness)* Delivering clear, confident instruction and movement demos* Correcting movement and scaling appropriately for all levels* Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere in every class* Supporting members before, during, and after sessions* Helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional gym environment*Potential Additional Roles (Experience Dependent) ** Coaching 1-1 personal training clients* Leading induction session (1-1 and small group)* Coaching youth group classes* Coaching over 50s group sessions* Coaching post natal classes.* Coaching sports team sessions (seasonal)*What We’re Looking For** Qualified coach (minimum L2 gym instructor or equivalent preferred)* Confident coaching groups of mixed abilities* Strong communication and people skills* Punctual, reliable, and professional* Passion for coaching, learning, and improving as a coach* A team player who fits into a community-focused gym*Nice to Have (But Not Essential)** Experience in functional fitness / CrossFit training (highly desirable)* Personal training experience* Experience coaching beginners or specialty populations* Willingness to cover additional classes occasionally when needed*What We Offer** Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)* Ongoing mentoring and coaching development* Opportunity to grow hours and responsibilities* Supportive team environment*How to Apply*To apply, please send:* A short cover note telling us about yourself and your coaching experience* Your coaching qualifications* Your availabilityApply via Indeed or contact us directly at *info@conquerfitnessni.com*Job Type: Part-timePay: From £15.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 8 per weekBenefits:* Company events* Employee mentoring programme* On-site gym* On-site parkingWork Location: In person
