Business Intelligence Lead

A bit about the job:
You'll help us design and deliver clear, reliable dashboards that support important decisions across Aviva. You'll work closely with colleagues to understand what they need and turn this into intuitive reports that make data easy to use. Our BI team supports a wide range of stakeholders, so you'll be part of a friendly, collaborative group that loves solving problems together.
You'll also champion good data quality and help us improve how we deliver insight across the business. And you'll play a key role in mentoring others and raising technical capability across the BI community.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Proven in depth experience with Qlik Sense or Power BI.
* In depth understanding of good data visualisation principles. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Intelligence practices, patterns, and shared methods across the BI Platform
* Confident working collaboratively with internal customers, technical teams, senior stakeholders and offshore development partners using clear, structured communication, coaching w
* Ability to design, build and test dashboards and data models. Building high‑quality dashboards, data models and transformation pipelines
* Determining the most suitable patterns, tools and methods for insight delivery (dataflows, semantic models, report layouts, automation paths).

* Starting salary circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
