Responsible for the recruitment of maintenance team members.
Responsible for the continued development of the maintenance teams.
Control costs through planning of resources.
Identify and deal with hazards in the railway environment.
Gather information and support the execution of the maintenance plan from the PCPC.
Develop improvements in maintenance processes.
Handle disciplinary issues within the maintenance teams.
Carry out assessments in line with the depot competence management system as required.
Accept and confirm responsibility for the control of traction and rolling stock assets.
About you
Considerable and demonstrable experience in a similar role within a railway environment.
Contractor management experience.
People management skills.
Qualifications: M&E HNC or served engineering apprenticeship.
