Property Team | Conveyancing Executive
Hatch Brenner Solicitors has an opening for a proactive, confident, and structured individual to join our residential conveyancing team, as a Conveyancing Executive. In this role, you will undertake run and manage residential conveyancing files for both sales and purchases. Responsibilities include providing quotations, undertaking necessary searches, liaising with estate agents, advising clients, producing contract documentation, dealing with enquiries, dealing with completion and post-completion tasks. You will be provided with support from our Conveyancing Assistants. It is a role requirement that you understand the whole transaction of buying and selling property rather than only specific elements of either buying or selling. At Hatch Brenner our property fee earners are involved in transactions from beginning to end and we do not split teams into specific transaction stages.
You will also play a role in contributing to the departments marketing efforts, helping to enhance the firms reputation and business.
