One of my local government clients are currently recruiting for an experienced a high-level Personal Assistant to support the Head of Service within Children’s Services. This is a key role where your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain discretion, and provide high-quality administrative support will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:

Organise complex diaries, meetings, and appointments
*
Coordinate internal and external correspondence
*
Take accurate and professional minutes at meetings
*
Support with planning, preparation, and follow-up actions
*
Liaise confidently with stakeholders across departments
*
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior-level PA or EA role
*
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
Proficiency with MS Office and digital scheduling tools
*
Minute-taking experience is essential
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
