Vacancy: Learning Support Assistant – Full Time (Term Time Only)

An opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist primary school in the Winchester area. This full-time, term-time role involves supporting pupils aged 4–11 with moderate learning difficulties and associated needs within a structured and supportive educational environment.
Working alongside teaching staff, the successful candidate will support pupils in the classroom, in small groups, and throughout the school day. The role focuses on helping children develop communication skills, confidence, independence and emotional regulation, enabling them to access learning and achieve their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
