Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. This role will support directors and play a key part in managing our client and hotel relationships, ensuring the smooth flow of leads through our CRM (Yodie), and contributing to the success of our sales and marketing efforts in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
● Input and manage leads in the CRM system.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and clients.
● Follow up and chase leads generated by directors to convert business and ensure clients receive proposals within 24 hours.
● Provide administrative support to directors, with a focus on CRM management.
● Assist with general sales and marketing coordination tasks as needed.
● Planning and coordination of Sales blitzes and events.
Requirements
● Minimum
3 years' experience
in customer relationship management and the travel industry (preferably with hotels).
● Strong
attention to detail
with excellent organisational skills.
Fluent in English
(both written and spoken).
● Skilled at
multitasking
and managing competing priorities.

Microsoft Office
proficiency and overall tech-savviness.
