HLTA Support Worker – Bradford
Are you a passionate and motivated HLTA looking to make a real difference in schools across Bradford? ✨ We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supply team, supporting children and staff in a variety of school settings - both mainstream and SEND.
Role Overview:
As an HLTA on supply, you will:
* Support teaching and learning across different classes.
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence.
* Work closely with teachers to raise attainment and progress.
* Provide support for pupils with additional needs.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and routines.
✅ Requirements:
* HLTA status (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience working in UK schools (3 months in UK settings required).
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* Child DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
* Flexibility and a positive, professional attitude.
