About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Develop and adapt learning materials to meet individual needs and EHCPs
* Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team including SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
* Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
* Use behaviour management strategies that support pupil wellbeing and learning
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience working with students with Autism (ASC), ideally in a specialist or SEN setting
* Deep understanding of Autism and related strategies such as TEACCH, PECS, or Makaton
* Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
* Empathetic, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
