Senior Staff Nurse / Midwife – Neonatal Unit
Full‑time, Level 2. Rotational between ITU/HDU and SC, covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Degree qualification required.
Salary is pro rata. Shift pattern to be confirmed.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team and will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and evaluation of care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality family‑centred care to neonates and their families.
Qualifications & Experience
* Evidence of ongoing clinical development and awareness of NHGGG policies and strategies.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
