Job Description
3. Develop and maintain credit risk frameworks and policies in line with regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct risk assessments and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
5. Monitor and report on the credit risk exposure of the organisation.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.
7. Review and approve credit proposals within delegated authority levels.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit risk management.
9. Provide training and guidance to team members on credit risk principles and practices.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Risk Manager should have:
11. Strong knowledge of credit risk principles and regulatory frameworks.
12. Minimum 4 years experience analysing large corporate and/or FI Credit facilities.
13. Proven ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
