Your new role
You will be providing specialist arboricultural expertise to support the management and maintenance of a diverse tree stock across urban and rural environments. The role focuses on delivering high-quality inspections, risk assessments, and tree management plans, ensuringpliance with relevant legislation and industry standards. Working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and the public, you will contribute to preserving tree health, enhancing biodiversity, and promoting sustainable landscape practices, while supporting development projects and responding to tree-related enquiries. You will need to be able to support 3 days per week minimum, hours will vary on a case-by-case basis.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Relevant NPTC/LANTRA qualifications
2. Strong experience in tree work and safe climbing practices
3. Good understanding of industry standards and health & safety procedures
4. Your own PPE and climbing equipment
5. A professional and dependable approach to work
6. A driving licence and ability to travel across the Hampshire area
