Your new role
What you’ll do:
1. Maintain facilities to the standards specified in the Project Agreement between RFM and NHS Highland.
2. Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work, independently under supervision or as an assistant to a tradesman.
3. Perform maintenance supporting healthcare objectives while respecting patient dignity and privacy.
4. Coordinate subcontractors for PPMs and reactive tasks, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
5. Ensure safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools.
What you’ll need:
* Knowledge of HVAC (desirable but not essential)
* Experience with commercial/industrial plumbing and electrical systems
* Knowledge of gas installations; accreditation in domestic equipment is advantageous
* Mechanical experience
* Full driving license
The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check.
