Job Description
Clockwork removals and Storage are looking to recruit an experienced HGV Driver to lead and manage our removals team in our Edinburgh Branch.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers when they move home and for ensuring that Clockwork Removals packing and loading standards are delivered at all times.
Our drivers are all good team players who want to interact with our clients and provide them with a professional service.
* Ensure the clients belongings have been packed to a high standard, loading the belongings on to the truck safely and securely, then unloading and unpacking the belongings at the other end of the journey.
* Ensure that the clients belongings have been securely loaded.
* Conduct trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
What we're looking for in our HGV Driver:
* Previous experience in removals is ideal but not essential as training will be given
* Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.
* Clean UK Driving licence
* HGV Licence Essential
* Good level of fitness
Clockwork Removal & Storage will provide full training to equip you with the skills you need to lead your team, pack and load, understand health and safety together with customer service skills.
