As their presence in the region continues to expand, they are now seeking an outstanding Building Services Manager / M&E Manager to join their team in Bristol.

The role:
You’ll be responsible for the coordination, management, and quality assurance of all mechanical and electrical elements across a range of live projects. Acting as the key liaison between design consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams, your goal will be to ensure seamless integration of MEP services from pre-construction through to handover.
About you:
* Significant experience in a Building Services / M&E Manager role, ideally with a main contractor
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and design coordination
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* Proven ability to manage subcontractors, resolve issues proactively, and ensure project deadlines are met
* A genuine passion for building quality and collaboration
