Sales Development Manager - Fast track to National Sales Manager

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced retail professional to become part of Autosmart s next generation of Sales Development Managers. This role will allow you to utilise your already excellent customer service and retail skills and remain face to face with customers, meeting new people daily. We will coach you, developing your sales and commercial business skills through a structured training plan specifically tailored for you and lots of practical support.
Autosmart franchisees are independent business owners who invest everything in their future with us. On the road in all weathers, their success is our success, and our new Sales Development Manager s primary goal is maximising this by embedding a culture of trust between Autosmart franchisees. During your field-based showroom training, you ll really get under the skin of who we are, and what we do, and will use this experience to coach and mentor your franchisees.
A field-based role, reporting into the UK Sales Director, your main priority will be hitting the road, coaching our franchisees in our aim to win and expand their businesses, collect market insights and data, and contribute to the development of the wider company plan. The Franchisee relationships you build being an integral bridge between our Franchisee network and Autosmart HQ.
Please note this role will be covering the North West region and will include nights away from home.

What you ll be doing
* Hopping on and off franchisees mobile showrooms every day
* Energising, motivating, and developing franchisees to achieve their goals and ambitions
* Observing and coaching franchisee sales skills
* Supporting, developing and reviewing franchisee s business plans
* Organising area sales meetings and product launches
* Supporting franchisee recruitment and sales inductions
