Job Overview
We are seeking an RTA Claims Handler/Administrator to join our team. This role involves assisting solicitors to manage and process insurance claims efficiently while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
This role would suit someone who has experience in dealing with insurance claims, ideally with RTA experience.
Responsibilities
* Review and process RTA claims in accordance with established procedures
* Maintain accurate and organised records of all claims, correspondence, and related documentation
* Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal departments to facilitate claim resolution
* Ensure compliance with legal and company standards throughout the claims handling process
Qualifications
* Proven experience in claims handling, preferably RTAs
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent analysis skills to evaluate claim information accurately
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
