An established and highly respected law firm is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join their Bury St Edmunds office. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and maintaining a polished and efficient reception area.
Responsibilities include:
* Operating the switchboard and handling calls courteously and efficiently
* Greeting and assisting all visitors to the office
* Booking and managing meeting rooms, including organising refreshments
* Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
* Handling incoming deliveries and liaising with couriers and taxi services
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing
What we need from you:
* Proven experience in a Receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a professional office environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
* A friendly, professional, and polished demeanour
* Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths
