We have an immediate requirement for full-time order pickers and packers to work over the winter and New year sales period at our Blackbrook (Newcastle-under-Lyme) warehouse. Applicants will need to be competent in English and possess good numeracy and communication skills. Previous warehouse experience will be a benefit and the ability to work well under pressure is essential. The warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 however some 07:00 starts maybe required along with the occasional Saturday. Hours will be discussed during the interview. As we are based outside Newcastle (next to the Swan with Two Necks) we recommend you have access to a car, although there is a limited bus service available (route 164).
Key areas of responsibility:
Picking, processing and packing of customer orders;
Processing customer returns;
Retail replenishment requirements;
Undertaking any tasks deemed necessary for business needs.

This is an imeediate start temporary contract expected to run through the Christmas period until February 26. Further details on the hours will be discussed during the interview.
