Role
We are currently recruiting for a motivated, flexible, self-starter to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager at our Renault Dealership in Southport. This role will be assisting with selling new and pre-owned luxury cars.
Responsibilities
* Achieve long- and short-term sales, gross and profit objectives
* Ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better
* Ensure the sales process is being closely monitored and controlled
* Ensure Dealer Sockets diary is up to date
* Prospect potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process
* On every occasion ensure that all interactions by the dealership are of the highest standard, both internally and externally
What we are looking for
* Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding negotiation skills
* Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
* Knowledge of motor dealership systems
* Conflict resolution skills
* Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
