The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a Final Account & Commercial Assistant — someone proactive, confident, and eager to make a difference. You’ll play a key role in managing project final accounts, reconciling statements, and supporting our Commercial and Operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Manage and reconcile final accounts with clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Liaise with developers, internal teams, and clients to maintain clear and timely communication.

Support the Commercial Manager with reporting, project coordination, and ad hoc tasks.

Assist Operations with project and account updates, bridging gaps between departments.
*
Be proactive — chasing missing information, spotting efficiencies, and helping meet key deadlines.

Maintain professional, consistent communication across all channels.
What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in account reconciliation or a similar finance/admin support role (preferred, not essential).

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Confident using Excel, accounting systems, and other office software.

A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

Based primarily in Whiteley, with travel (expenses covered) to our other offices in Lee-on-the-Solent and Bracknell.
