Warehouse Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse environment, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and high safety standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern and well-equipped operation where you will play a key role in managing warehouse performance, developing staff, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a large warehouse team, including training, development, and performance management
2. Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently to deliver a high level of customer service
3. Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Work closely with Health & Safety teams to identify and implement operational improvements
5. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and site infrastructure, including forklifts, racking, shutters, utilities, and other capital equipment
6. Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance checks across the site
7. Manage workloads effectively to support smooth daily operations
About You
8. Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
9. Strong people management and team leadership skills
10. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
11. Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
12. Good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety, and equipment maintenance
13. Ability to work collaboratively while also managing your own responsibilities independently
