Job Description
As the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing at Hawar Resort by Mantis, you will support the Director in overseeing sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue, brand positioning, and market share. You will manage the resort’s corporate, leisure, MICE, and digital sales segments, lead promotional campaigns, and strengthen key partnerships. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a luxury hospitality background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to execute impactful strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the resort’s sales strategy aligned with goals and market trends.
* Revenue Generation: Drive business across all segments by identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
* Team Leadership: Support and guide the sales and marketing team; provide training and development.
* Marketing & Brand Positioning: Collaborate on campaigns, digital presence, PR, and branding to increase visibility.
* Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
* Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, DMCs, and partners.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare reports, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
* Event Coordination: Represent the resort at trade shows, sales trips, and promotional events.
* Collaboration: Work with other departments to align service delivery with sales and guest expectations.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
* Experience: 5–7 years in sales and marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality.
* Hotel Background: Experience in 5-star hotels or luxury resorts.
* Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of GCC and international travel markets.
* Sales Performance: Proven ability to grow revenue and meet sales targets.
* Communication Skills: Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
* Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Opera, CRM tools.
* Mobility: Willing to travel for sales trips, events, and trade shows.
* Professionalism: High professionalism, attention to detail, and leadership presence.
