Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an NQ-2 Solicitor to join a well-regarded Employment department.
The role offers broad exposure to both contentious employment matters and a wide variety of general dispute resolution work, including property disputes, contentious trusts and executries, professional negligence, commercial and contract issues, partnership matters and agricultural or wildlife disputes.
You'll work closely with specialists across the firm to deliver advice to clients. A collaborative, client-focused approach is key and the role offers scope for strong early responsibility and ongoing development.
Your Experience
* You will be an NQ to 2 PQE Solicitor with a genuine interest in Employment Law and Dispute Resolution.
* Be comfortable working directly with clients and delivering sensitive, tailored advice.
* Possess a high degree of discretion and professionalism, particularly when dealing with personal and financial matters.
* Be confident managing your own caseload under supervision and operating in a collaborative team environment.
* Have strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness and the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.
* Be proactive, adaptable and keen to grow their expertise within a supportive, high-quality practice.
