PMO Manager
Please note prior experience in the insurance industry is essential for this role
We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager with a strong background in the insurance industry to support a major enterprise‑wide transformation. This programme includes AI‑enabled process change, data‑driven decision‑making, and modernisation across underwriting, claims, and operations.
You will provide robust planning, governance, and coordination across multiple workstreams, delivering structured analysis such as RAID, prioritisation, and dependency management. Clear, high‑quality reporting and Executive‑ready PowerPoint materials will be key parts of the role.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery momentum across a hybrid agile/waterfall environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
1. Insurance experience is essential
2. Has proven PMO experience within large‑scale transformation within the insurance industry
3. Is hands‑on and brings strong practical PMO capability
4. Communicates clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders
5. Produces polished reporting and presentations
6. Thrives in dynamic, evolving delivery environments
7. Project Management / Delivery management experience is a bonus
