We are a forward-thinking digital marketing agency helping businesses grow their online presence through SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. We are looking for a motivated and creative apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience across all areas of digital marketing while completing a recognised qualification.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will support the team with day-to-day marketing activities, learning practical skills while building a strong foundation for a career in digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and interested in how businesses use digital channels to attract and engage customers.
What You'll Be Doing
* SEO – Learn how to research keywords, improve websites so they rank higher, and fix basic issues that affect Google results
* Social Media Marketing – Plan, create and schedule posts, reply to followers, and find new trends to help grow audiences
* Content Creation – Write blogs, design eye-catching graphics, and create content that grabs attention
* Social Media Advertising – Get hands-on with paid ad campaigns, help test different ideas, and report on what works best
* Web Updates – Edit and update content on websites (WordPress or Shopify), making sure everything looks great and is easy to use
* Team Support & Development – Join brainstorming sessions, help prepare reports, support projects, and take part in training to build your skills

* Familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
* Enthusiastic and ready to take on new challenges
Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace)
* Basic understanding of SEO principles
* Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
* Confidence with video editing or creating TikToks/Reels
* Interest in data and analytics (Google Analytics, social insights)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
* Awareness of current social media trends and digital culture
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
* A personal interest in marketing, blogging, vlogging, or running a social page
* Previous work experience (even voluntary) in a customer service, admin, or creative role
