Job Description
Programme Director required to manage a customer services team of between 6-10 Administrators in this dynamic University. You will proactively plan yearly operations and staffing needs.
Duties will include recruiting, training and developing staff. You may also travel overseas a couple of times a year to partnering organisations in the US. You will also plan and host visits from Partnering groups. Tasks will also include external and internal recruitment processes.
You will help energise and motivate the team on a daily basis and give them encouragement in their role as well as inspiring them to reach their KPI targets. You will also help arrange interviews and coach your team as well as assist with the placement of internship placements.
This role will start ideally by the end of March/April. The ideal candidate will have previous team leader experience and must have worked within an Educational environment and will ideally have experience of recruitment a team and interview confirmation. The position also offers hybrid working ideally on a 4/1 basis with flexibility.
