Job Description: Sales Assistant – Marina Rinaldi – Mayfair Flagship - Immediate start
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Assistant for the London Flagship.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
* Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
* Clientele activities
* Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
* Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
* Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
* Deals with customer queries and complaints;
* Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;
Profile:
The ideal candidate will:
* Demonstrate good conversational English.
* Have relevant experience in retail or a similar 'service' sector.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
* Team player - be motivated to achieve personal and team goals
* Continuously maintain high standards.
* Good verbal and listening skills to understand customer needs.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience is a minimum
* Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers.
* Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers politely.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Flexible with work hours
* Professional appearance and presentation.
Mandatory:

* No students as this is a full time position
