We're working with a growing organisation based in Watford who are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone confident running payroll end-to-end and looking to join a supportive, well-structured environment.
Key responsibilities
* Running payroll cycles end-to-end
* Ensuring compliance with UK statutory requirements (SSP, SMP, PAYE, NIC)
* Performing payroll checks, reconciliations and validations
* Investigating and resolving payroll queries
* Maintaining accurate payroll records and data integrity
About you
* Proven experience running payroll from start to finish
* Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
* Experience using payroll systems and handling data validation
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
