An established recruitment agency based in North West London is seeking a proactive and personable Recruitment Administrator to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of recruitment or administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the consultants and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support consultants in managing vacancies across multiple business areas.
* Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
* Conduct initial candidate screenings and build strong relationships.
* Coordinate interviews, liaising between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
* Assist with recruitment marketing, job postings, and social media activity.
* Handle all administrative aspects of the recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or office administration.
* Degree educated.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
