Associate Financial Adviser
Are you a highly skilled Paraplanning or Technical Financial Planning professional who has achieved (or is close to achieving) Chartered Status? Are you looking to step into a client‑facing adviser role within an expanding, highly respected wealth‑management firm? This rare opportunity for a Paraplanner/Junior Adviser (Chartered or nearly) is to work closely with a Principal Adviser as their wingperson, learning their client bank in depth and gradually taking over long‑standing HNW client relationships to ensure continuity and exceptional ongoing service.
The Opportunity
* Work directly with a senior, experienced adviser, attending client meetings and supporting day‑to‑day advice delivery
* Build deep knowledge of a sophisticated HNW client bank, with a structured succession plan
* Take on increasing responsibility for client relationships over time (farmer rather than hunter)
* Provide insight and analysis across Retirement, Investment, Estate Planning, and Tax
* Act as a key technical point of contact for advisers, clients, and introducers
* Help shape and refine the firm’s overall client proposition and planning processes
To Be Considered
* Chartered (CII Level 6) or very close to achieving
* Able to interpret and communicate complex information clearly to clients and colleagues
* Relationship‑focused, ethical, and committed to long‑term client service
* Excellent in technical depth but ready to step further into client ownership, without the pressure of heavy new business targets
