Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As a Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

* Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records and service requests.
* Assigning and distribution of work to Field Engineers.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while interacting with clients, fostering positive relationships.
* Support administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service department.

Skills

* Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
* Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify suitable solutions.
* Problem solving with attention to detail
