What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for a Stakeholder Engagement & Insight Manager to manage a high-performing Stakeholder Engagement & Insight team, championing the integration of engagement insights into business operations, reinforcing our commitment to delivering on stakeholder and customer needs and realising opportunities to add social value.
We’ll trust you to:
* Develop and deliver an agreed stakeholder engagement and research programme, reviewing annually, to include collaboration with gas networks and others to support general business requirements and business plan development.
* Support business stakeholder mapping and engagement programming needs, including net zero projects and other unregulated business engagement needs.
* Deliver a strategically focussed vulnerable customer and carbon monoxide awareness raising programme to ensure maximum impact across our operating area.
* Define and drive a programme and process to disseminate engagement insight through the business, including governance and use of the ‘Gradio’ engagement analysis and triangulation AI tool.
* Experience operating at a senior strategic level in the energy sector or other regulated utility.
* Experience working within a regulatory framework, including regulatory reporting and interpretation of regulatory guidance.
* Broad experience in stakeholder engagement, including government, community and other stakeholder relations.
* Experience of developing and delivering stakeholder engagement strategies and programmes.
* Familiarity with a broad range of stakeholder engagement methodologies and channels, including qualitative and quantitative research.
* A broad understanding of comms and the ability to deputise for the Communications & Engagement Senior Manager as and when required.
