Internal Opportunity - Learning and Development Advisor Location: North East / Hybrid - regular travel required across our services Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time Due to the requirements of this role, you must be a driver with access to your own car and comfortable with frequent travel across North East Services and occasional national travel. This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service Are you passionate about helping others grow and creating inspiring learning experiences?This is an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as a Learning and Development Advisor, playing a key role in our strategic aim of investing in our people to create a high-performing organisation. In this role, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning interventions that support the development of our workforce and help Everyturn deliver outstanding care. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to create blended learning solutions that make a real difference, from face-to-face sessions and eLearning modules to webinars and bespoke training programmes. We’re looking for someone with curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for people development. Whether your background is in learning and development, health and social care, or another people-focused area, if you’re driven to help others reach their potential, we’d love to hear from you. What you'll do: Work with stakeholders across our services to understand learning needs, implement training initiatives, and evaluate their effectiveness. Design and deliver a range of blended learning solutions, including face-to-face courses, eLearning, and webinars - always ensuring accessibility, inclusion, and quality. Attend relevant ‘Train-the-Trainer’ courses and conduct internal needs analyses to design bespoke training packages that develop skills across the organisation. Organise and coordinate training events, maintaining accurate records and supporting high levels of attendance through effective communication and tracking systems. Provide feedback on learner competence and contribute to our ongoing learning needs analysis to inform future training initiatives. Support the development and delivery of tailored induction programmes to ensure a smooth and consistent starter journey across all services. Undertake any reasonable duties or responsibilities to meet the needs of the organisation. What you'll bring: A Level 5 or above qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 5, Registered Mental Health Nurse, BSc Psychology, or equivalent). Demonstrable experience in the Health & Social Care sector with a passion for developing others. Experience in delivering engaging, blended training solutions in a fast-paced and evolving organisation. Experience engaging with stakeholders to design and deliver effective training interventions. Experience designing and delivering clinical supervision training. Confident delivering training to a range of audiences. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or eLearning platforms. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - travel across our sites is required.
