Client Manager – Birmingham (Corporate Broking)
A client-facing broking role focused on managing and developing relationships within a corporate environment, offering a genuine step into higher-value clients without the pressure of a heavily sales-driven position.
You will support and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering renewals, maintaining relationships and identifying opportunities to develop accounts. The role sits within a structured corporate team, with exposure to larger and more complex clients and strong internal support.
Must have:
1. Experience as an Account Executive / Client Manager within a broker
2. Exposure to commercial or mid-market clients and experience managing relationships directly
3. Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
4. Clear ability and ambition to step into a corporate-level role
