The ideal candidate: Build and manage relationships with stakeholders. Follows daily scrum and agile methodologies. Experience with user acceptance and integration testing. Extensive years of experience working in a physical commodities environment across the full trade lifecycle. i.e. Trade Capture, Risk Management, Operations and Back Office activities.
